Had an absolutely fantastic experience here today! Cam and the mechanics were super friendly, professional, and thorough from start to finish. They did a free initial inspection and helped me prioritize exactly what my car needed immediately versus what could wait. I ended up getting my outer tie rods, rear strut assembly, driver-side CV axle, and rear brakes done, followed by an alignment. The team was incredibly transparent about the costs and never pressured me into the extras. If you want an honest, skilled shop that treats you right, go see Cam and the team. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with Gowers. My car had completely broken down, and they were able to quickly figure out that there was a leak affecting the battery. Ever since they fixed it, my car has been running perfectly with no issues. What I appreciated the most was how honest and helpful they were throughout the whole process. They really worked with me to find the best prices and helped me get a quality battery. The customer service was amazing, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. I definitely recommend them if you want reliable work and people who actually care about helping their customers!

When it comes to quality craftsmanship and the value of cost paid, I found Gower’s Brake & Alignment to be the best option for my Bilstein B14 coil over installation on my 2006 BMW 325i E90. They quoted me hundreds of dollars cheaper than other high rated mechanics in the area, and got the job done within a reasonable timeframe. Shout out to Cam who was helpful throughout the customer service process and Ben who accommodated all of my specifications on the installation, and I had many! 😂 I will say they initially missed/forgot about my brake service, but that was understandable to me considering how many things they had to install on my car that were the priority, and they promptly addressed this on my return visit. In all, they installed Bilstein B14 coil overs, adjustable sway bar end links, and M3 control arms by Meyle on my 2006 BMW 325i E90 that I had purchased from FCP Euro. The ride is substantially different now, the steering/handling is actually softer in the steering wheel which is odd I thought it would’ve been stiffer, but it is easier to turn. The suspension is somewhat stiffer when going over bumps in the road, but still comfortable. My OEM shocks and struts were c

I had a great experience at Gower’s Brake and Alignment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, honest, and welcoming. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I truly appreciated. The work was done efficiently, and my car is driving smoother than ever. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be difficult, but this shop definitely earned my confidence. If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and fair service, I highly recommend Gower’s Brake and Alignment. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs.

Very impressed with the honest and kind mechanics at Gower’s. Infinitely better experience than a Meineke or Jiffy Lube. Great service and communication, they were transparent on what to expect. I have tried out many shops in Raleigh and Chapel Hill, some reasonable ones but found Gower’s to be the best and most trustworthy. Today they changed my 2005 Prius’s oil and fixed a wheel well plastic piece that was making noise when turning. I can imagine running an auto mechanic shop is not easy and lots of overhead costs to consider. I trust what prices they charge are fair and certainly more reasonable than most.
